    You can do all of that with the Synapse CCR, the adjustable harness and an anchor point. I use a metal foot plate. You will get just as much, if not more resistance as well (eccentric, concentric and isometric).

      If you do tib raises with your leg horizontally, yes it gets easier at the top. What you can do is set your leg on a decline bench so that the weight is always pulling you down. It’s been tested up to 100 lbs which feels like a ton when using a solo tib bar

    Why anchor the arm anywhere besides the center?

    • @ShreddedDad
      @ShreddedDad 5 дней назад

      It gives you just a significant additional number of options without having to move the bracket up or down by having those two additional anchor points. And also allows for higher or lower settings with wherever you have the bracket placed. The side holes on my rack are 6 inches apart so for some movements, having those smaller angle options works better than moving the bracket

    Fyi, careful of the pull knobs, caveat, you may not be able to detach it as easily as in the video if you threaded it until it holds on to the bar, it makes the outer thread of the pull knob stick out of the holders ring/platform, so, it wont slide as easy if you dont loosen or align it back first
